Single wall SPV / SPGN series for wood / pellet stoves
This product, with a pleasant aesthetic appearance, is used for the evacuation of fumes from wood and pellet stoves in the visible sections inside the
buildings. The use of the product equipped with a sealing gasket follows the growing diffusion of pellet stoves, which being equipped
of a fan in the combustion circuit discharges "pushed fumes" into the atmosphere, requiring a level of resistance to the pressures in the
couplings guaranteed only by the presence of the seals.
The SPV series consists of modular elements with a circular section in black painted steel, 1.2 mm thick for the diameters
? = 80 - 100 mm and 2 mm thick for larger diameters. This product, equipped with a quick coupling system "cup", in the
diameters? = 80 - 100 mm is equipped as standard with a triple-lip silicone gasket that ensures perfect pressure sealing
between the individual elements. The SPV series is suitable:
• operation under positive pressure (class P1) with the use of the silicone gasket in diameters? = 80 - 100 mm and
continuous operating temperatures up to 200 ° C;
• operation under negative pressure (class N1) without the use of the silicone gasket in diameters? = 120-130-140-150-
180 mm and continuous operating temperatures up to 500 ° C.
The permitted fuels are solid ones with dry running.
The series is produced in a range of diameters from? = 80 mm to? = 180 mm and is complete with all the special elements and accessories
required by current regulations and common plant requirements; it can also be used in combination with fireplaces
double wall DP, with which it is compatible through the use of suitable adapters.
The SPV series is CE certified. SPECIFIC FOR PELLET STOVES AND FIREPLACES

The SPGN series consists of modular elements with circular section in AISI 316L stainless steel (1.4404) painted in black
0.5 mm, made with continuous longitudinal welding with automatic laser process. This product, equipped with a system
with "socket" quick coupling, it is equipped as standard with a triple-lip silicone gasket that ensures a perfect seal against
pressures between the individual elements. The series is suitable for operation in positive pressure (class P1) with the use of the gasket
silicone and continuous operating temperatures up to 200 ° C.
